Switchgear Project Manager - REMOTE (Pacific Time)!
Independent Electrical Distributor | SoCal Based
We're hiring an experienced Switchgear Project Manager to oversee complex commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and military power distribution projects for one of Southern California's fastest growing independent electrical distributors.
This is not a heavily layered corporate environment where every decision gets buried in approvals and internal politics. We operate lean, fast, and entrepreneurially, giving experienced technical professionals the ability to make decisions, solve problems, and directly influence project success. Leadership is highly accessible, the team moves quickly, and strong performers are rewarded through quarterly bonuses tied to profitability and execution.
If you've managed switchgear projects inside an electrical distributor, manufacturer, or rep agency environment and are tired of bureaucracy slowing everything down, this is the type of role worth exploring.
