Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026

TrueSeek is a recruiting and talent placement firm that connects professionals with employers across a range of industries throughout the United States. As part of our business, we conduct professional outreach by email to prospective candidates and to organizations that may have hiring needs. This policy describes the standards we hold ourselves to when sending that email, and the practices we prohibit on our infrastructure.

We are committed to sending responsible, professional and lawful email. This policy is intended to comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and applicable state and international regulations governing commercial email.

  1. Permitted Use

TrueSeek’s email infrastructure is used solely for legitimate business purposes connected to recruiting and talent placement, including:

  • Contacting prospective candidates regarding relevant career opportunities.
  • Contacting employers and organizations regarding hiring and staffing needs.
  • Communicating with existing candidates, clients, and business contacts.
  • Sending professional, relevant, and clearly identified business correspondence.

  1. Prohibited Use

We do not, and will not, use our email infrastructure for any of the following:

  • Sending deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading messages, including falsified header, sender, or routing information.
  • Using false or misleading subject lines that misrepresent the contents or purpose of a message.
  • Sending content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others.
  • Distributing malware, phishing content, or links to malicious websites.
  • Selling, renting, or redistributing recipient contact data obtained through our systems.
  • Continuing to email any recipient after they have asked to be removed.

  1. Sender Identification

Every message we send accurately identifies TrueSeek as the sender. Our messages contain truthful and accurate ‘From,’ ‘To,’ and routing information, and truthful subject lines that reflect the content of the message. Where a message is generated with the assistance of automated or AI-based tools, we disclose that clearly within the message.

  1. Opt-Out and Honoring Removal Requests

Every commercial message we send offers recipients a clear and straightforward way to decline further email. Recipients may opt out simply by replying to the message and asking to be removed. We honor all opt-out requests promptly and, in all cases, within ten (10) business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.

Once a recipient has opted out, we do not send them further outreach, and we do not sell, transfer, or share their address for continued emailing by others, except as necessary to process the opt-out itself.

  1. Postal Address

Every commercial message we send includes a valid physical postal address for TrueSeek, as required by law. Our mailing address is:

TrueSeek

6510 N. 18th Pl.

Phoenix, AZ 85016

  1. Compliance with Law

TrueSeek conducts its email outreach in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and other applicable laws and regulations governing commercial electronic messages. We review our practices periodically to remain compliant as regulations evolve.

  1. Reporting Concerns

If you believe you have received email from TrueSeek in violation of this policy, or you wish to be removed from our communications, please contact us at info@trueseek.com or reply directly to any message you have received from us. We take all such reports seriously and will respond promptly.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued operation of our outreach reflects our ongoing commitment to these standards.
