Responsibilities
- Lead the finance organization, overseeing accounting, reporting, and treasury functions.
- Partner with executive leadership to drive financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Mentor and develop senior finance staff to strengthen capabilities across the organization.
Qualifications
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional designation preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including strategy, reporting, and operations.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
