Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of financial reporting and accounting operations.
- Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Mentor and support finance team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Licensed CPA.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including financial reporting and controls.
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP, financial statements, and operational accounting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
