Qualifications
- CPA license or relevant financial designation (CFA, MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive finance and leadership experience, ideally within professional services or growth-oriented companies.
- Proven track record in financial strategy, capital planning, and operational optimization.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-management skills.
